Return Policy for Cityscription

Thank you for choosing Cityscription for your coffee journey! We aim to deliver top-quality, freshly roasted coffee right to your doorstep. However, if there's ever an issue with your order, here's how we can help:

Incorrect or Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong items, please contact us immediately at info@cityscription.com. Attach any relevant photos and include your order number to help us understand the issue and make things right as quickly as possible.

Coffee Returns: Due to health and safety standards, we cannot accept returns on coffee products (whole bean or ground). If you're dissatisfied with your coffee, please reach out to us at info@cityscription.com. We're committed to ensuring you love your coffee experience and will work with you to resolve any concerns, whether it's finding a new roast you might enjoy or addressing any quality issues.

Merchandise Returns: For non-coffee items, returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt if the items are in new and unused condition. Please email info@cityscription.com to initiate a return. Note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-returnable, but if you encounter any issues or have purchased the wrong type of gift card by mistake, please contact us at info@cityscription.com.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned merchandise, we'll process a refund to your original payment method. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
